ROCOBRICKS PUBLICATIONS
Our publishing house offers books that combine research, narrative and art, addressing complex issues in an accessible way. In addition to publishing, we organise cultural activities, such as exhibitions and meetings with authors, to enrich the reading experience and encourage dialogue around the topics covered.
Learn more about our project
Our project is committed to a publishing line that combines research, narrative and art, offering books that not only inform or entertain, but also invite reflection and aesthetic enjoyment. Each publication is conceived as a carefully elaborated work, both in its content and its design, prioritising quality in writing, rigorous research and a visual presentation that enriches the reading experience.
This thematic and stylistic diversity reflects our interest in exploring different fields of knowledge and creativity, from popular culture to history, philosophy and fantasy literature. We seek to bring complex subjects to the reader in an accessible way, whether through essays that interrogate our cultural practices, novels that rescue little-known historical episodes or illustrated books that combine the narrative with the visual.
On the other hand, we want to maintain our commitment to the exploration of new forms of narration and dissemination, focusing on books that dialogue with other disciplines, such as photography, graphic art and historical memory. In this sense, each published work is not only a publishing product, but also a meeting point between knowledge, creativity and the pleasure of reading.
In order to broaden the impact of our editions and generate a more immersive experience for readers, we complement our publications with a series of cultural activities that expand the content of the books beyond the printed format. These initiatives include thematic exhibitions that visually explore the themes addressed in the works, such as art and photography exhibitions linked to the philosophical essays, historical recreations that delve into the context of the novels, or exhibitions of original pieces related to material culture books, for example the one dedicated to the history of the LEGO UCS sets.
We also organise presentations, round tables and meetings with authors to encourage dialogue between writers, researchers and readers. These activities seek not only to disseminate the books, but also to generate a space for reflection and debate on the topics covered in each publication, strengthening the community around the publishing house and promoting the exchange of ideas.
In this way, our publishing house transcends the strictly literary sphere to become a broader cultural project, in which the book is the starting point for an experience that encompasses different formats and disciplines, enriching the knowledge and appreciation of the themes of each work.
